disappointing 1473

We purchased this product there 3 years. Fasteners musical metal plates were plastic, and many have quickly broken, rendering the object useless (but I see on the pictures that the bindings are now metal, the strength must therefore be better). Yet no complaints about the rest, solid and well finished, with good quality wood and solid assembly.
Note: be careful not to let this toy to moisture, eg outside in the rain, as moisture is fatal to the assembly of wooden curved plywood.
Here is a toy in the life far too limited.

The biggest negative for us: Janod company did not even respond to our heartfelt request concerning the fragility of plastic fasteners that quickly made our useless toy. The customer relationship is not worthy of a great corporation.
