1) Origin's data Sammelwut
Here already 1500 other reviews deal indeed so. It's just a joke, to try to force the customer to accept such conditions. One wonders seriously, which law firm EA was instrumental in the formulation. Something probably violates the rough dimensions against the lawyers in particular cherished professional ethics, to write such a text!
I also do not understand what EA has it. Image means but in this day and age so incredibly much. Apple is probably the best example. How can you do business down so only intentional and obvious? I find it completely rästelhaft how managers thought of getting away with something.
2) Origin
Yes read that right. It is doubly disappointing, not to mention the spyware problem. Because "Origin" refers to himself quite openly as a "beta". How can I make a product that is sold millions of copies on release day, deliver a software in beta status, but is required necessarily to be able to even start the single player campaign? What you need to be online when you want to play an offline campaign, anyway still no player has ever developed. If you nostalgic in 10 years again BF3 out digs and finds that the server has been shut down long ago, then the software is worthless. But to this day I still play some old tracks very happy ....
3) The game itself
Unfortunately, the game itself remains far behind (my) expectations. I have until recently enjoyed playing previous Battlefield 2142. Through the unique Battlefield feeling has even years after release made a lot of fun because it was never boring. And Battlefield 3?
The most stupid thing is probably no doubt that you can not pick and choose where you want Squad. It does not occur in the first place as a group with one game (which can often be difficult), you have already lost. Man lands in any squad. Team play with friends so you can of course forget. What you have been thinking for a multiplayer shooter with this design decision, is a complete mystery!
The Commo Rose from previous Battlefield parts was totally unloving integrated and has become completely useless. Commands on the CR are reproduced no more than text or characters on the screen.
The different classes have lost much of its importance. Not even the medipack the Assault soldier was required to play. In previous Battlefield parts the different classes and their skills were very important. The same applies to the further development of classes with increasing level. In 2142 there were different "development sectors" with different weapons and items. That meant: The Enlightenment of Player 1 could play very different and have very different skills than the reconnaissance of players 2. Now unlock all classes the same things in the same order, here goes much atmosphere lost.
And that brings me to my final point: BF3 atmosphere has lost over its predecessors despite fancy graphics and great sound. The game plays out more like a normal shooter. Vehicles are very many maps completely insignificant and generally less important than in other parts of BF. As a pure shooter have different titles but in the lead. Why has not concentrated on its old strengths?
Disappointing!
