I purchased this product in terms of its good description and especially its alleged multi-functionality. The heating time is very short, it can not withdraw. I personally bought this product especially for loops, after a first unsuccessful attempt (when I get well with my old iron), I asked a friend who had already capped before on m ' help. The ergonomics of the product being what it is, hop, first burn. (A few minutes outside of the box already, it quiet). My friend did not manage to curl my hair, nor with the loop function nor the straightener function. So I say to myself that this must be because my hair has been slicked the morning, so I rewashed the evening to do the hair on my hair "raw" (which discipline well enough in normal times). And here again disappointment. So I returned the product.
As for my type of natural hair, they are neither thick nor purpose, and undulate. Hoping to help some.
