Because the seller is AMAZON, and for the first time trade policy disappoints me. Not an Exchange proposed, but an outright return to the manufacturer. Now this is the policy that made me choose AMAZON because an exchange saves time and removal costs, because it avoids to wait a kid, my son, who was nevertheless delighted to having its first smartphone.

AMAZON thank you, after 5 years of loyalty and more than 10,000 spent at home, looking now and find other ways to make my purchases. And who knows, maybe that eventually I nachèterai nothing more AMAZON.

I come here because it's just important to do it and the one who reads the comments.
Finally, SAV SAMSUNG has brought nothing except tell me to go to an authorized repairer which is more than 1 hour drive, it's anything. For 100 phone I'll go and spend that much in return. This is ridiculous.
I contacted AMAZON to do their part and they exchanged phone in stride.
That is why I selected AMAZON for most of my purchases.
So thank you.
