In the first days of operation at me the box lost up to five times a day, the connection to a VOIP connection VDSL 50 and synchronized to new. An improvement brought the newest laboratory firmware update from about 20:01:12, which limited the Resyncs to about 2 a day. A line check of Telekom reportedly revealed a very good line with me, the AVM Support has virtually not not more to offer than the prompt to install the latest firmware laboratory.
For me, it is absolutely unacceptable to purchase a product at this price, which does not yet have fully developed firmware, or a below average modem even after 1.5 years. Whether it is now in an individual case, Telekom bears the Verwantwortung because of lines or AVM because of firmware I can not judge, the fact is: The product does not operate as it should.
I do not want anyway generally advise against the product, but I would strongly recommend to test within the return period and see how it behaves on its own connection the Fritz box. Because unfortunately the market for VDSL / VOIP router's extremely small and the selection is not very big. Other features and the menu navigation of the Fritz box like me that actually very good, and the WiFi was very stable.
