The compartments (front and side pockets) do not close tightly:
I mean by that they are closed with velcro, not a zipper, except for the one at the back of the upper flap (net). We therefore reserve them for rather large boxes of accessories like filters, which are unlikely to pass through the top of the pocket flaps.
The scratches close properly (it is new), but I have a doubt about their longevity. the future will tell.
I have returned, removing all internal separations (with visor upside to all optical):
- My EOS 7D and mounted 15-85 (it fits easily)
- The 7D and Tamron 70-300 DI VC USD (it fits but it's really limit)
- The 7D and Tamron 90 DI VC USD macro (no worries)
- The 7D with 50 mm mounted 1.8 and another optical nearby.
The fabric used like denim but in khaki color. it made me super solid. touch is nice.
it's a little fighter look pretty cool.
Most:
- Modular interior, and the ability to completely remove the compartments. I have reused in my Fliside 400.
- Removable inner compartment of the bag, allowing reuse in a hiking bag.
- Double zipper allowing the passage of big boxes
- The lap belt, if a little cheap, lets out the camera with two hands free. the straps are too long for shorter riders and even settled shorter, do not allow to tighten the bag really strong stomach.
less:
- Scratching the top flap, a bit small, so that eventually no longer really close in the end.
- The closure system by carabiners: useless, painful to close or open, you can certainly do better on this one. I think not to use it as a safety measure for fear of the flight, or when scratches are dead.
This defect is compensated by the double zipper that is easy and quick to handle thanks to a connection between the two zippers to open it once.
- Mine came with glue in the plastic packaging, which tore a small part of the logo unpacking. Too bad it was new ...
- After removing the inner compartment, the bag has no more rigidity and therefore can not be used as such.
- Internal separations, particularly that which supports the optics mounted on the casing, do not suit the size of a reflex enclosure. I think it is for a bridge or a compact with interchangeable lenses. However, one can keep one or two if using fixed focal space-saving as pancakes or 50mm.
,
Despite this list of "defects", the bag is suitable for my use, and the price is reasonable.
A knowingly buy !!
