For years, we use Somat Tabs and had been quite satisfied with the Henkel product. The new Multi10 (Hotline: Our top product) left in our dishes a penetrating odor and an unpleasant taste after this cleaner. Drinks so flushed glasses no longer taste. We have a 1/2 year old NEF dishwasher and mostly use the automatic program. Even the 70 degree program brought no improvement. We will be back on Somat 7 or another manufacturer change, maybe it will be better again yes. The also recommended the Henkel hotline (0800) 1 11 22 90. Perhaps Multi10 - considered critical - just too much (chemistry) of good ?! - We have switched to environmentally better ECOVER. All the best, no unpleasant odor or taste more!
