The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a great device. It was for 5 months a great companion, the nothing to be desired lies.Die speed is great, the app selection thanks to Android huge. Only the size of the device is in my opinion for a cell phone at the upper limit. Even the display is great, as long as it does not itself rips. What is documented countless times, even in magazines like Chip.de, is also happening to me. Without apparent reason sprang the inner display. It did not fall to the ground and I also met with nowhere firmly. The device was unusable. Amazon told me an address where I sent the unit. The service station told me after a week, that this is not covered under warranty and I had to pay 250 euros for the repair, I should these wishes. I complained to Amazon (with the workshop I have not signed a contract of sale). But Amazon replied: No guarantee on display - it could get broken only by mishandling. First, I could not detect improper operation of the appliance on my part, also I ever had not entered a warranty but a warranty case (no purchase was less than 6 months). Only after this clarification and announcement of further steps, I got the positive feedback that I get a new device sent. Now I hope, no longer have the newer devices this problem, already coursing as "display-Gate" on the net.
