Is the iPhone 5S connected to this charger, then makes the touch detection on the display problems. There are touches not always recognized or detected false touch positions. Also, scrolling is very jerky. Is the iPhone at no charger or to the original Apple charger connected works the touch recognition of the screen without any problems.
