Dissatisfaction for Snugg case (turned into satisfaction!)

Hello,
Following the purchase of the case for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, bought on Amazon, I found that the delivery comes case did not correspond to a Galaxy Note 10.1 (wrong place, or non-existent divisions there or must , larger case that the tablet).
So I proceeded to his back for a refund.
Following this return, I was contacted by Snugg that sought to understand the reasons for my dissatisfaction and arrived at the conclusion that I had received the 2013 model instead of the 2014 model.
I said that in the description of the item on the Amazon site, there is no mention of the year of the model that we control, which can eventually cause further confusion. Amazon should correct that oversight.
A new case was sent to me, which is perfect and justifies the change of rating this comment.
I liked the part of the Snugg society, its responsiveness and worries to satisfy its customers.
