Book beautifully written and superbly documented. Very good plot. I learned a lot about making kilts (quilts), abolitionism ,, the creation of cities in North America by immigrants, the Quakers (philosophy, customs ..). Reading this wonderful book allowed me to make a comparison between meetings of the Quakers and Zen meditation. Do not miss !!
