Do not start

I had the famous 0xc000007b error at launch that will not start (see solutions on the net more or less risky that I will not use, replace the system DLLs in Windows directories).
I have a newer laptop quality on which all recent games run without problem, including AC Black Flag, but the lack of effective response Ubisoft carrier providing ready-made solutions and stupid reinstalling Windows already tools day, I think the problem may be because my PC, regardless of its quality, is portable, and no office.
The lowest published config game vaguely mentions that the latest graphics cards and even performance notebooks Nvidia "could" not be compatible, but it is not the first time I had read here and here walked anyway. There, they really excluded an entire population of players who prefer laptops than desktop bulky ordis commercially this is absurd!
No response from the media when I said that their solutions not work and I wanted to be repaid. Although I love the series AC and I played all the episodes, this is my last game Ubisoft.
