I had a long a small hand pump, which could convert cumbersome, so that both valve types were used. But the small pump is not powerful.
Quite different with this: The (relatively) large floor pump can be easily operated, simply plug the nozzle with the proper hole on the valve, pump up the tires have the desired pressure, ready!
Gone are the days with the Check the pressure by pressing the dirty tire. Gone are the days of sweaty pumping in ground-level position, some so close to the greased gears that the hands were inevitably heavily soiled. Gone are the days of strong wobbly bicycle next to a, because you orthogonally alternately applies pressure to the tire in both directions. Part so much that you had to catch the bike briefly.
I did not think that such a minimal investment could be in the result so much more pleasant. The few euros extra complexity compared to compact pumps have fully paid off.
