This is a useful object in my profession where confidentiality sometimes we destroy certain documents, and this garbage does very well for the task! First on grinding efficiency, it works well: the leaves are shredded into small strips of +/- 5mm by 6cm, making the content unreadable. Mission accomplished on that side then. The mechanism seems sturdy; when viewed from below we find a metal roller provided with a variety of sharp claws on its surface, which guarantees I think greater durability than a system with circular saw blades. I tried to test the hardware to go brochures from within trade (+/- 15 pages) by not taking the trouble to remove staples and everything was swallowed without flinching. It's really powerful for general use it will be good enough. Weight is also the rendezvous, which is a manufacturing guarantee of seriousness. One might have feared that the substantial weight and concentrated in height (the engine block arose over the trash that does not weigh much) makes all unstable but it is not. From the standpoint of ergonomics, the trash is equipped with an automatic start system sensor that when introducing a sheet in the slot, the engine engages and crushes the document automatically to shut down without intervention once the work done. Perfect! Having young children, I had a fear for their little fingers (if they slipped into the slot by playing), but the gap is too narrow to allow the fingers of a child even younger, to go and the system roll mill is located far enough so that this can not happen. Phew!
In summary I can not really find fault him in any case for the use that I have, namely that of a liberal practitioner must not pass a ream of paper mill every day. Perfect!
