The Qstarz GPS receiver Qstarz BT-Q818 XT does _not_ memory for coordinates. On the terms receiver and logger you can not necessarily tell the difference without investigation, a "logger" is indeed a "receiver" and "beautiful" names have products always. In any case it should be clearly pointed out this fact in the description that one the BT-Q818 XT still connect to a laptop or similar needs to save the track. This saves returns. Priced at about 80 simply assumes that the device can also store the tracks. Canmore there are in Amazon MarketPlace devices almost half price, which have a memory. In this respect, I find the BT-Q818 XT totally overpriced and so I forgive only 1 point even if the chip may be very good, but without memory that is half-baked. The MTK II chipset like the nose in some things have minimal forward, but much worse is a Sirf IV or SkyTraq Venus 6 does not, for example, Canmore installed. The alternative would be to store a Qstarz GPS data logger BT Q1000XT (M) which, although relatively not cheap, but transfer them to the SD card of Android phones because of MTK-chip provides the ability to track.
