The optical fiber does not work, nothing at the end, no little red light showing a sign of intelligence or communication

After his replacement (and yes, everyone has a spare optical fiber end is well known) the box does not come out of his malgres various attempts (TNT, netflix ...)

Bad product, I returned :-(
