I purchased the device to link my PC to my soundbar for my music. My PC has bluetooth but a bad range so I thought something like this is a good alternative as it boast a much better range. My soundbar is really easy to pair with anything, one click I get it paired with my phone, PC, tablet, etc. No problem. But with this I just could not get it to work.

I have installed all the drivers and Followed instructions I found online, as none are provided with the product, but no luck. I left it a while thinking I would try later and went to open Outlook, but I got a crash warning and the dump file pointed to the driver of this device. I then went to explorer, got the same issue. I then could not open my Start Menu Which I found to be too much of a coincidence. So I uninstalled the driver and hey presto, everything worked fine (Windows 8.1). So want to send back.
