I intended to use it to connect a MIDI keyboard M-Audio Keystation Mini 32. But nothing works with, keyboard or USB mouse Mac or USB key with photos.
Too bad, because it was compact and cheap :(!

I suggest you turn to the original adapter from Apple Apple MC531ZM / A Kit Camera Connection for iPad, which will operate at least for the photos and USB MIDI keyboard. As the 30 pin dock connection is no longer young, you can easily find what Kit Used for rates that are reasonable.
