I do not know what could lead to a enfachen extension to a poor rating, unless it is not working.

This here has definitely deserves a good rating, because it works.
Well packed, corresponds exactly to the picture and our device is now 6 feet further back and giving good Dinst.
No reason to complain - I can only recommend the extension.
