J have to first read and loved "the invention of our lives" before reading "all about my brother" and my preference is for the 1st. In "all about my brother," we met two very different brothers the one from another, the first, trader, rich, married and loving women, lover of a woman who is cornered ask to choose and the other, clueless writer using the life of his brother to feed his books. The first hates his father who is wasting away in a nursing home and hates his brother who has violated his privacy. The illness of their father will make sure to bring them and rethink their lives to children. This book makes you think in our own life, what is important, and love of family, love well or badly, the memories that resurface ... I liked this book although the very end is a little strange, let us hear the writer brother will be again used his brother. Tahison or genuine admiration for his brother?
