Sorry, we do the same 2 pcs. ordered by these griddles, since we were 8 people, and wanted to broil a correspondingly large amount of meat and sausages. The grill heats up very quickly indeed on, but as soon as a high temperature has been reached, it will switch back and the meat absorbs to himself. Would I Recommend under any circumstances, because you annoyed terribly.
