Done his job very well, I use to connect my computer fair which had no HDMI output to my TV Widescreen; which allows me to see movies like at the cinema.
in my case, my 2008 computer is equipped with an NVIDIA GForce 8600 Gt and my TV is a smart TV 55 "LG HD connected to each other by an HDMI cable 5m card, I get an image and sound perfect sound, no quality loss, including 5.1 when media is compatible.
I recommend this purchase!
