The phone is in line with what I expected and it now comes with a French plug: it should say so because apparently in the past this was not the case! It deserves the highest rating if it was not a disadvantage sometimes too brief leaflet, missing patterns. An example: in a cache, there is a button marked "R" whose record tells me that it is a "R" key. Thank you, I can read, but it does not do me either! This phone, relatively easy to use, is perfect for a senior with hearing or vision problems. Moreover, it is safe because it has 2 remotes to call emergency numbers or to pick up the phone remotely.
