All comments are true, it is quite beautiful, a little retro and quickly grill. However, I recommend this device because it has 2 major flaws: - 1) It is geared for big sandwiches, small pass through and end up at the bottom (it is very difficult to remove) - 2) The resistant are located close to the bread crumbs fall over and sticks to the resistance and end up grilling. And if the resistance has failed, this can not be repaired, so trash. I just buy a new toaster, but a model of another brand especially with quartz resistances risk nothing.
