I have the box returned after came from now on equal no signal via HDMI. Return and refund via Amazon easily. I then ordered the Amazon FireTV and after installing XBMC I'm so pleased as I was with the Andoer / Orbsmart / Beelink box.

For box itself:
Once I read in forums and Amazon reviews long, I have opted for the 16GB Andoer S82 Box 2G /.
It is completely identical to the much more expensive sold box of Orbsmart and is still sold as Tronsmart, Aukey under other names etc.
This can be seen at the latest after you look at the firmware revision - the last firmware of the Orbsmart page can be installed without problem.
Remote control, remote control:
My Andoer S82 box came with firmware 108k4 thus already rooted - necessary to the App DroidMote Server to install. The best app to remotely control another Android device via tablet or smartphone. This works very well for the rest. But is rarely necessary because I steer away the box over my Logitech 600. The small accessory remote control serves its purpose and is not as bad as I thought. I have the box once connected via LAN, because I wanted to stream material with True-HD in MKV container from the NAS drive partially uncompressed 1080p BR. This works with the pre-installed XBMC Gotham readily available on the 100Mbit network. Wireless I have not even tested - for HD never a good choice, I'll do that only for the purpose of Miracast test yet. The sound is passed via HDMI to the TV and from there via SPDIF a soundbar. Works without objection in perfect Qualität.XBMC far plays all formats, TV recordings both SD and HD whether MP2 AC3 stereo sound or 5.1 respectively. So to be a HTPC - can do everything and makes up no noise. When XBMC facility initially got me one thing maddened: there were not automatically drawn artwork and information from the Web for movies and TV Shows. google a bit brought to light that this is normal when you include drives via UPnP. I had involved so the media server my Fritz box and was wondering where the beautiful cover remain. You have to include the Fritz box only via SMB and there you go. I use max cathedrals and Amazon Instant Prime - both will not run on the box. Anyway, I've found on the official market without a functioning app. In known forums there are workarounds that work times, sometimes not. Since my TV Max cathedrals and the PS3 Amazon Prime instant can, I've been lucky to not rely on the Box.Netflix is preinstalled and should therefore run.
Menu, Launcher:
Launcher3 and an adapted BoxLauncher installed. Both are to act with the remote control well, but the Box Launcher is too colorful, with its "Windows-tiles" me. The Movie Browser HD is a tip on the Orbsmart page. Looks great on the phone also but is suboptimal for the box. UPnP servers are not found, here you also have over smb So Samba integrate the drive.
Then cover and information are brought to movies and TV series, the navigation is but compared to XBMC difficult and the view through the very small font, despite 47 "TV not good lesbar.Auch then has to be used the MX Player, the first time the DTS codec is missing. Conclusion: As a HTPC for little money just perfect. After years of infestation with PCs as PLEX Server or Media Portal and other convulsions - a dream!

Creeps me the feeling that one or the other Orbsmartfreund here want to give the impression that the Orbsmartboxen are better. Since they are completely identical, I hope, the wise reader will not be irritated.
If you search the Net for freaktab and S82 to quickly find the origin of all these boxes. Orbsmart has merely changed in its firmware the Start Animation to change the branding box Orbsmart. Nevertheless, it remains the same device. There all just cheaper and above all fast shipping direct from Amazon.

Miracast:
The mirrors of a AndroidHandys screen under 4.4.2 KitKat going great.
The delay caused by the transmission is so marginal that it while playing TurboFly 3D - the game enjoyment no tarnishes bit - a racing game. Local on the phone played movies - 1080p HD with DTS sound through the MX Player - run first class and without jerking.
One drawback, however: You have to activate the Box WiFi, Ethernet must be disabled ,; Both parallel can not. Anyway, in my phone (Wiko Slide) Unfortunately, this means that the wireless connection replaces the WiFi Direct IP addresses before dial the Internet.
