Dual IR10

The Dual IR10 has according to the data sheet a very good Aussattung: FM, DAB + and Inet Radio. My experience about the product and the quality are not good. Radio reception with the Telekop antenna is very weak. After support from the home antenna (center conductor of the house antenna isolated by rod antenna wound) was satisfactory reception. Now that the stations were programmed, they were the next morning no longer be received in the preset buttons. The search "discovered" it then absurd frequencies. Twice flow out and in and the stations were back, and the same was repeated in the afternoon. When playing music from the iPhone, there were considerable noise (radio). Call to DUAL: "The best way to exchange, please contact Amazon, we have here not a single device." OK, the exchange at Amazon worked perfectly! (Thank you Amazon) The second IR10 now had the following error: For all transmitters were noise (crackling) in the background, the login into the WLAN took forever - and with each Inet radio call. Renewed call to DUAL, again only the reference to exchange - or they can give the money back. Now just last I did. The IR10 devices are apparently either not (yet) fully developed or with significant manufacturing defects. Now I try it once with a Technisat Digit 500 ....
