Dumbbells top, closures flop

The dumbbells are real in and for itself in order. Especially for the price.
Unfortunately keep the supplied pen caps are too large disks or at too high a weight not 100%.
Curls and other exercises which are to be carried out transversely to the weights no problem.
Coatings with more than 10 kg I can, however, do not recommend, since one then after the 5th or 6th repetition is the weights or even the whole weight of the face.
