Here L is for me but a little small but prolonged or hurts a bit. (But that is probably because of my glasses and not the product)
Can not recommend enough ear warmers. As a professional photographer and an active cyclist, I am often long outside in the cold and windy weather and active ear cuffs make my life much more pleasant.
