This question I would now clearly with: "the Achromat is better" answer. Of course, a Makrobjektiv is much better, but who can not spend the high cost or wants, which should not only buy in my opinion a simple close-up lens, but equal to an achromat. A comparison with a macro lens, I do not want to do, but compared to my previously used Nahlinse, the achromatic lens is much better in its imaging quality. Especially the color fringes occur at the transitions during Achromats hardly. The minimum distance to the object, reduced at + 5dpt in my Tamron 18-270mm, from 0,49m to ca.0,20m! Tripod, Manual Focus and remote release give good images with this achromatic!
