We chose the Gigaset element camera test, because we have a room that is "readily available" off the street. Now we have finally managed to install the system and to give a first Feddback which is later supplemented. The delivery went as usual very fast and the system makes a very good impression of materials and workmanship. The installation and commissioning went relatively quickly and easily by means of a free iPhone app and WiFi, which has what lasted the longest, was deciding where in the room is the optimal place for monitoring the input and setting the direction of view on the mount, what was partly a bit bumpy, because the holder qualitatively air leaves upwards. To set up you need a direct LAN connection, which cable is included. The connection with the iPhone work with Wi-Fi connection good and we could see the room on the screen quite well. Picture and sound are OK and at the level that we know of surveillance cameras. Since the transmission is relatively data-intensive, you should go also possible a stable Wi-Fi to take a look into the living room. What we could not figure out is how to store recordable, but have just read here that this feature is probably still in the planning stage. Since we have the camera only since yesterday in operation, I can further say later when we have more experience with it. At this stage, I can definitely say before that the installation was not difficult and the camera we have so far quite well likes.
