The press is built solid and functioning properly. You spread 125 g hack in the press and spread it over the rough surface. Then you pressed on it with the lid.

By Heber the Paddie is easily lifted. Solving the disk is fine.

The diameter of the Paddies is 12.5 cm.

A simple hamburger press doing their duty. Recommended.
