By default, the device starts in the "Color Mode" which suits us very. The inserting of the slides into the frame is the most time-consuming part of the scanning process. If the frame firstonce inserted and press the Scan button, it takes less than two seconds until the slide is stored in digital format on the memory card.
The subsequent viewing on a PC or on the television of digitized slides showed that the quality for us is more than adequate. Also, the term as a photo looks good and enough for us.

A small drawback is the display, or the folding mechanism.
