The burn time I am absolutely satisfied. The lamp is when the batteries until noticeably darker and turns another minute later from. Then can the power-saving mode about 15 minutes. operate. Hence, this lamp can have enough time to look for new batteries and it is not all of a sudden in the dark.
That it is "expensive" CR123 cells does not bother me. In AA or even AAA I'm always trying simply to buy from Aldi. These are only limited storable and run occasionally try. Good would, in terms of power, just as expensive as the CR123 be.
I subtract a star because the gray coating is more a bright olive-green and also the three housing parts are not the same color. This only occurs in some lamps of gray color. I find simply inappropriate in this price range. I recommend here to choose the classic black.
I would buy a Mag-Tac again.
Small, light (not too light), no sharp edges or rough surfaces, grip, very stable, reliable, batteries which are storable for 10 years, bright, good range, good light duration, pleasant light color, power saving mode.
If the seals are properly lubricated, the lamp can sometimes fall into the garden pond. No Problem.
Nothing more, nothing less has a flashlight can.
