Good introduction to D & D 4th Edition Eberron world. Solid craftsmanship with matching "Artwork".
The setting itself like it very much. It offers many approaches for fantastic stories or intrigue.

The English used is easy to understand, overall, the book clearly.
However, I have missed a reasonable index.
