Nee was fun, long looking for a fancy cover for my iPad mini Retina.
I just wanted something different than all the pabulum.
The cover is 1A in the hand, is very well made, very thin, easy top.
Although it does not have an extra recess for an original Smart Cover, you can use this anyway, since the magnetic force from the Apple Smart Cover by the Case goes and thus provides enough grip, an unbeatable combination.
The iPad is well protected.
But only tested with the original Smart Cover from Apple the CarbonCover.
