- Budget: LED bulbs are less expensive than their CFL counterparts (5.80 part, it's still reasonable);
- Longevity: at 4 hours use per day, largely LED lasts more than 20 years;
- Reliability: the LEDs are not susceptible to ignitions / repeated extinctions: a fatal factor for compact fluorescent:
- Comfort: The light emitted is a real warm white, more white barely an incandescent bulb;
- Performance: the brightness of an LED 9 watts equals that of a conventional 60 watt bulb (approximately);
- Safety: LEDs heat up very little: no risk of burns. They are plastic: no risk of breakage;
- Aesthetics: These bulbs have the same shape as traditional bulbs.
Important point: the luminous flux is very directional (you can see from the photos), these bulbs are rather intended for spots, suspensions, or architectural lights.
The build quality is good, the bulbs inspire confidence.
