Advantages:
+ Well packaged
+ Easy to assemble
+ Stable
+ Pleasant warm light
+ Not as bright as our previous uplight with 500 watts, however, was not to be expected. For 20 watts but super.
+ No noise

Disadvantages:
- Not any dimmable (at minimum too bright)
