The "Under Armour Men's Fitness - Compression shirt Evo CG Comp Hybrid". This is a ColdGear shirt, which offers better compression. It has excellent breathability (by the same mesh fabric, as in this shirt) and has a more comfortable fit. Nothing pinches and the neck is comfortable. Unfortunately, not so many colors and no UV protection. But Long sleeve shirts you wear also only for training and not on the beach.
