The effect of MSM as a natural product (organic sulfur) occurs only after a few weeks of taking. I think there's value for money very good and am going to order these tablets again. It must be said that the tablets for vegetarians / vegans are not suitable (gelatin) - but only as a side note. The tablets are easy to swallow and I suppose sometimes 3-5 tablets (3000-5000mg / 3-5g) daily. Even in high doses MSM is not harmful and can be taken. What I can say is that after about 1-2 weeks my nails have already become more beautiful and stable and that this is also one of the main effects of MSM. I am talking in general very good and I feel very good MSM supplements.
