I've just ordered 2 doses because of shipping. A box holds less than a week. A satiating effect is certainly present. Also tasted good. But the price is absolutely unacceptable. The same satiating effect the way I achieve with spelled bran. The there are almost dirt cheap on Amazon and a little more expensive in every supermarket.
