Effective chest workout with the bars possible

Delivery was (as usual) very quickly with Amazon. Unpacked and tried the same.

The bars are a good variation to normal pushup (which I had also never been similar joint problems).

You notice the stress on certain muscle groups more clearly than in "normal" push ups.

During training you should wear gloves, because then at some point noticed the plastic handles ...

So far, keep the handles without wear. Also, the rotating mechanism makes no problems. That this is not so smooth as with more expensive products I have taken into account and also does not disturb my mind during training.
