good image quality, fits well with the Raspberry Pi

Preliminary Cam was tested on my laptop, install the program package from Logitech and went smoothly.
She was then connected to the Raspberry Pi and taken with motion in operation. With 360x240 resolution, she ran right away.
This was followed by endless experiments with other resolutions, everything was very time consuming with trial and error.
Incomprehensible why a company like Logitech unable document is issued with the technically possible combinations resolution to publish.
The described 8 megapixel can not be achieved in real terms, since the sensor delivers only 2 megapixels. For a webcam ok, but that should be so communicated.
Surprising as Linux systems are ignored by manufacturers of the order.
