This is the first in papillote sillicione I use and I am satisfied with my achat.La quick cooking in the microwave keeps maximum flavor (without the fish is soaked with a broth for example) and not to use fat while having a tasty cooking. The small recipe booklet is very brief and does not necessarily enough to get into this type of cuisine when you are new at this (especially for cooking time!). So I bought another small cookbook of curls that helped a lot.
Only minor drawbacks:
The sillicone although very good quality tends to keep food odors (I wash the foil after use and quickly soaked in cold water then which reduces the désagrement) Note nonetheless that this does NOT alter not taste the following preparations.
Sometimes a little small and not high enough functions of preparations (eg vegetable flan)
