Has long 5-HTP products take for insomnia. This product works just as good as the ones I've tried before. However, it is more effective because it contains high doses 200mg. I take in the evening 1 capsule approx. 1 hour before bedtime. During the day I realize it yet a relaxing effect, but without to be tired or slain. That's why I find 5-HTP as well.
