For fans and connoisseurs of sophisticated electronic music, and of course many DJs, the Austrian DJ and producer Parov Stelar aka Marcus Füreder is already long no longer unknown. He was one of the first, the Swing and electric stylish linked, even before the hype. Now it is those who just place inferior Swing elements with a boring Electric Beat, far ahead. Firstly because it is a friend of spherical jazz and other like indulges also the fat beats in the club, he has changed since the last album "Coco" (also highly recommended by the way) decided to publish double CDs. CD 1 is more for domestic use: up relaxed tracks with partly cinematic qualities and a healthy degree of melancholy, which create a pleasant and easy Grundstimung through so can loosely grooving. CD 2 is then probably more something for the club: driving electric swing numbers that inevitably go in the legs. He then moves between something simple knitted tracks with chart potential (eg "Jimmy's Gang", "All Night - Club Version") and funky groovy Club material for "professionals", the then a little more original comes along (eg "The Phantom" "Oh Yeah", "A Song For You"). For me, a commendable double CD that prepares good mood.
