This is the second time that such an excuse is advanced to prevent at not legally competent consumers warranty. That's right, something thoughtful.

1 star deduction for the battery wear:
The factory-supplied battery was flat relatively quickly. The new battery was after 3 times will use empty. Because I thought the battery could already have been old or ill, I've tried it with two other new. But these were then empty even after the 10th use.
