Dear Sir or Madam,
I use for many years your original Emser nasal douche z. B. the model with the PZN-0477624, as it is the best product on the market was for me, though for 3 times the price of the drugstore chains / discount models. The nasal douche was gem. Your application supplement replaced regularly.
That's why I bought me the end of August this year again a new nasal douche. Here I discovered while unpacking that this is a new model Nasanita, PZN-09732070.
Already after the first viewing, I wanted to send you an e-mail and high-grade, congratulating CONSTRUCTIVE Verschlimmbesserung a proven and good product. For convenience, I have but then not do it. But now after 2 months of treatment experience with your new nose showers model Nasanita I can not help it catch up with this!
Reason:
1. Constructive embark with the model Nasanita to the level of cheap products from the discounters, with the small filler opening with screw cap.
2. This makes the filling of salt, even when using the narrow original Emser salt sachets. This is especially true in low vision users, or you have to carry his vision aid when filling.
3. Also, the filling with water turns into a target practice and the nasal douche dripping and dripping from the surface and from the bottom.
4. The main thing is that the interior is no longer dry out properly, because only the small lid opening is available, compared to the entire space opening of its predecessor. A drying would be possible only under specific external air supply.
5. This results in a short time, in my application, within less than 2 months the formation of foxing / contamination of the interior space, despite regular rinsing with warm water and open storage.
6. Targeted cleaning and drying of the interior after the application is no longer possible, because it is inaccessible.
7. The above-mentioned as a benefit of the new Nasanita patented lid valve has, in my view, at best a technical marketing and in no way a functional technical advantage, it's also ideal for contamination / bonding / functional failure by the unfavorable drying facilities.
8. A significant improvement, namely a clear readable without glasses marking line of the filling level, it continues to have forgotten (I used the previous model a black Edding marker).
Currently I'll switch on the cheap products of discounters and then replace them often, as long as your model Nasanita exactly corresponds to this low standard. If you offer a better quality product without the above-mentioned shortcomings in the future again, I will gladly come back to it.
I wish you for the future a better hand involves more application and function-related design features, because marketing optimized designs. Because only final product quality will decide on the purchase of a more expensive product.
Yours sincerely
My conclusion: Useless, highly user-unfriendly and possibly hazardous to health?
