Let me comment on some of the best advertised properties here:
"Gentle tweezers remove hair without pulling the skin" - NO epilator in the world does not cause any pain, even the best. And if you have no pain, you should probably see a doctor. A typical advertising slogan, which should encourage them to buy, but in reality simply is not true.
"Washable epilation head for extra hygiene and easy cleaning" - Yes, because you can not object.
"Two speed settings for gentle epilation and optimum performance" - the topic gently, I have already expressed. Two levels are sufficient, more would make no sense, therefore: ok.
"Remove yourself 0.5mm short hair" - I would be happy if this device would also remove some longer hair! The short one can forget hereby anyway, for that you need a better device.

The fact is:
1. The result is not satisfactory
2. the quality is mediocre
3. the design looks cheap
To get started, maybe ok, but girls, there are better. Look a bit to other reviews at entry level, I'm sure you can find something better.
