Error opening the app

First I want to point out that I had over 437 in my account and with the coupon code 3 given by amazon app to purchase, it should remain enough corners to not pay with my blue card. For 122 I do not necessarily have to make a cheese, however when I run said application, the game will not start by putting me an error message.

I restart the laptop (acer e2) and Oh surprise the game is uninstalled alone. Moreover cloud amazon impossible to reinstall although it appears in the "My Apps".
I expect a clear answer about the problem or I request a refund to buy me another app, knowing that 437 corners are valid only until 17 September
