the first 10 minutes after the cartridges used were constantly me error messages, including "cartridge damaged" and "ink level Y empty", even though the cartridges were plugged out of the box into the printer. expressed: the colors are dark. from a normal bright red is a dark when printed. from blue is dark blue. a star for that because my printer but ultimately prints if I am not at all satisfied with the color quality. the next purchase I reach back to original cartridges for the HP Office 8500.
